The traditional summer mountain festivals are an occasion for sharing a typical mountain-style meal. On the menu (for example): a kir as aperitif, a delicious thick vegetable soup, traditional Roïgebrageldi (cowherd's potato dish) or fleischschnaka (meat roulade), followed by cheese, and with plum or bilberry tart and coffee to finish. All in a rural and family ambience that all of the young ones will enjoy, with music, dance, and games for children.
